I placed an order #17364367 on the Pizza Hut app for delivery from the Kothrud store on 30th March, but the food was never delivered and the payment has not been refunded. Despite daily calls to customer care, the issue remains unresolved. They have not provided any escalation contacts or responded to my written complaints. I have also emailed Yum Brands and submitted online feedback, but received no response from the company or the store. The store manager is ignorant and avoidant and not cooperating. Their finance team is rejecting refund stating it was raining on the day. However I had placed the order when rains stopped and weather had cleared. Still the order wasn’t delivered for 3 hours. They should have not accepted orders in this case. The store is now coming up with new excuse saying the store has been closed and moved to another location and hence the finances also have been closed. It is highly unacceptable if they can charge the customer despite store closing, they should also refund the money. They neither were thoughtful to send the replacement order the next day or so.
They are saying that the customer care and pizzahut app is third party service.
Furthermore the PizzaHut is saying we don’t take and complaints and generate complaint IDs. They don’t have any provision for this. How is the government allowing such establishments and business to operate?
I would like to raise a case against PizzaHut. Please look into this and provide a resolution.
