I have ordered an item..it was delivered on 12aug2026 around 3 pm ...the product was delivered completely used and dirty. I put return request at the same time on 12 aug around 4pm. Today on 13 aug 2026 delivery boy picked up the item but now on the app it is showing that return rejected and refund is not processed. The delivery boy is not picking up the call now.
