Dear Sir,
We purchased a car (TS08 HF 5115) in the name of Piduri Raghurama Moorthy, age a roundly 77 years in the year 2020, same time we purchased insurance from ICICI Lombard. at the time of purchasing, they did not ask any details from our end. they given / issued policy in the name. and we are purchasing insurance policies with different companies up to 4 years with regula intervals. Finally, we purchased from ICICI Lombard on 20.09.2024, in this purchase time also, they did not ask any documents for POI (personal accident insurance).
We are travelling from Hyderabad to Muppavaram Village nearby Ongole town (Aprox.36 kms far away) for Sree Kondanda Ramaswamy temple for Bramhothsavam purpose by car, and the car accident near Nalgonda, at the time of accident, car driven by myself, because he is not having any authorization driving license and he is not having driving skills, and his age a roundly 82 years. In this accident time my father (Car owner) was expired.
The same information given to ICICI Lombard company to claim the insurance (POI), because we paid POI premium along with car and third-party insurance. We are given all supporting documents which they require, now they are not settle the insurance amount.
I humble requesting you, please settle my claim amount from Insurance companies.
