Persistent Slow Internet Speeds with Jio for Over 2 Years

I am writing to file a complaint against Jio regarding the extremely slow internet speeds I have been experiencing with my smartphone network connection (number: 7327038508) for over 2 years. Despite multiple complaints made via customer support, I have not received any resolution. The slow speeds are persistent and have significantly affected my ability to use the internet for work and personal purposes.

I have attached screenshots showing my network tower bars along with all chats I’ve had chat with Jio advisors to provide evidence of this ongoing issue.

I have been informed that network congestion is the cause, but this is not a temporary issue; it has been ongoing for an unacceptable length of time.

I request immediate attention to this matter and a commitment from Jio regarding when I can expect improvements in service quality. Previous complaints were made on several occasions, and I have not received satisfactory responses.

Hi,

What mobile phone you are using 4G or 5G phone ?

and also check the network connection.

If you are using 5G and still facing slow internet speed, try to use some other service provider and compare on speedtest.net

I am currently using a 5G phone, but the persistent speed issues are actually affecting my family in my village, Mohammed Jamalpur, Damodar Pur, Panikoili, Jajpur, Odisha. My mother has been facing these slow internet speeds for over 2 years.

While I am in Bhubaneswar for my studies and can check the connection here, the primary concern is the inadequate service in my village. I would like to know what specific steps Jio is taking to resolve these ongoing issues, as previous complaints have not led to any improvements.
