The developer sold a Villa in early 2021 very close to STP infrastructure without informing about it. The STP has systemic issue from inception with very frequent Foul odor emission. This causes health issues and become untenantable. Further in 2024 they expanded from below the ground to 2 ft above the ground. Problem still there and now it affects privacy.
