Had visited Pepperfry indiranagar to discuss about interior designing. During the discussion they informed about some ongoing offer which we can block the price by paying an advance of Rs 15,000. We got reassurance mulitple times that the amount is completely refundable without any questions asked. They compelled us to pay the advance by saying it is completely refundable. They also did not give any receipt of payment. I raised for refund request in early September 2025 as their reviews were not good. We have still not got the refund even after multiple mails to customer service and escalations to grievances team
