I am writing to follow up regarding the refund for my cancelled Jio AirFiber order (Order ID: NO0001E6A256).
The total amount paid was ₹12,121.64. While I have received a partial refund of ₹2,121.64, the remaining balance of ₹10,000 is still pending. Despite my previous communications, I have not received any satisfactory update regarding the refund of the outstanding amount.
I request that the pending refund of ₹10,000 be processed immediately and credited to my original payment method. Kindly provide a written confirmation along with the transaction/reference details and the expected timeline for completion.
