I visited the Truww Hinjewadi office in Jan 2026 for a home furniture estimate. I was pressured into paying a token amount of Rs. 25,000 to lock in a promotional discount, with a clear guarantee that the amount was 100% refundable if I opted out.
Within a month, I decided not to proceed and formally requested a refund via their support system. Since then, the local team has completely ghosted me. They have ignored my calls and WhatsApp messages. I even visited their office, but the staff refused to meet me. No services have been even started by Truww to date so they should refund it immediately.
Given the complete lack of response from Truww, I request your urgent intervention to help me recover my money.
