Respected sir/ madam,
My current account named - 'Hira Gold' with account number- '60263397599' is in Vadgaon Maval, Pune branch. (Bank of Maharashtra)
Every month 3000-6000 rupees are deducted from my CC Account in the name of Penal Charges. Also I have asked them many times regarding the charges, but they have no response. Last year in total 60,000 approx were deducted from my current account.
I have personally met the manager, submitted a letter many times regarding penal charges, still there is no response from the branch.
I request you to take my complaint seriously and respond as soon as possible.
