I ordered a dress from an Instagram page called Women Kurti Hub in India. The dress cost Rs. 650. They requested my address, contact details, and PIN code for delivery. I shared all the information and they asked me to make the payment. I asked for a company scanner before making the payment, as I doubted the authenticity of the one they had sent me. They claimed they did not have a company scanner and were using the same one for all customers. I trusted this and paid Rs. 650.
The person I chatted with on Instagram, Muralidhar Chauhan, confirmed receipt of my payment after I shared a screenshot. Later, he provided a WhatsApp number, claiming it belonged to his manager, and asked me to forward the details to that number. I complied. However, after that, I did not receive any response from them. I requested a refund or for them to dispatch the product but got no reply. On 17/12, Muralidhar Chauhan, who was communicating with me on Instagram, mentioned that after payment, customers should contact their manager for product dispatch.This shouldn't be happen to any other customer ,i want my refund and report that instagram page .
