Today I purchased a ₹700 BookMyShow Gift Card using my RuPay Credit Card. Payment was deducted but I have not received the gift card. It does not appear in my Flipkart account, no email has been received, and it is not visible under ‘My Orders.’ I also used SuperCoins. Please either issue the gift card or process a full refund.
