This service request regarding my LG AC 1.5 was raised on 17th April, and today 12 days have been passed without any resolution.
Reliance RESQ is pathetic service
Writing emails to customer desk, CEO desk, and even calling local Ops manager - Vishal Sehgal, Sheetla Prasad/Prajapati, I am trying to seek Resq support to resolve my issue, but there was no response/ clarity.
With reliance like big company, AMC looks safe but looking at the team working on ground, it seems there is absolutely no management/processes in place to handle customer dissatisfaction.
I have been trying to show my immense displeasure to the Resq team, but they hardly care anything on customer front.
At the time of AMC sales, they visit/call you back to back, but once customer onboarded, it does not matter to them how bad service they are giving.
I hope reliance team will see this message on public platform and take action.
