I had placed an order from Gownwala on 24th October, 2025.
The outfit did not come like the photo shown on their website firstly. When I asked for exchange, they were not replying for days.
When they replied, they always said they did not have any outfit which I liked from their website in stock. They said they’ll contact me once the outfit is available. They never did. When I contacted them, they did not see my messages at all. I text them 2-3 times in a day and even call them.
Yesterday they were going to video call me and show me the outfits at 2:30. I texted them till 4 and called them but still didn’t get a reply.
Now I want my refund. I don’t want any outfit from them I just want my money back. It’s been almost 8 months now. I want my problem solved.
