I am filing this complaint regarding my order ID 173246393960165504 placed through Meesho, with delivery service handled by Shadowfax.

My parcel has been stuck at the nearest hub for over 3 days, and even after multiple complaints (3–4 to Meesho, 4–5 to Shadowfax, including emails), no real action has been taken. I have only received scripted, repetitive responses asking me to wait one more day — this cycle has continued daily without resolution.

The delivery agent blatantly refused to deliver my parcel, stating it’s a "big item" and I should collect it myself from their office — which is against Meesho's delivery policy. After I refused, the agent stopped calling, and instead updated the system with a false status: "Customer unavailable." This is completely false — I was available and waiting at home the entire day, and I even tried calling him but he cut the call and never responded again.

Despite all this, no action has been taken against the delivery agent, and my parcel remains undelivered, with support simply repeating "please wait till tomorrow" I've been waiting for 3 days, and today again they said to wait 1-2 more days.

This behavior is not just unprofessional but also violates consumer rights and Meesho’s own service policies. The mental stress, time loss, and lack of accountability from both Meesho and Shadowfax are extremely frustrating.

If my parcel is not delivered or a proper resolution is not given today(12/july/2025),
I will be forced to escalate this issue to:

National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in)
Jago Grahak Jago.
Social media platforms.

I expect strict action against the delivery agent, immediate delivery of my parcel, and a formal apology for the harassment caused.

I had already emailed both Shadowfax and Meesho, but received only copy-paste, scripted replies from both sides. Even after 5 days, there is no proper resolution and my parcel is still delayed.

I no longer want the parcel. This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and wasted time.

Please consider this my final statement:
I will not accept any future deliveries handled by Shadowfax.

Kindly take this complaint seriously and escalate it further.

You can now file a consumer case against them.

To initiate your complaint, the following documents need to be submitted:

  3. Affidavit – A sworn statement verifying the contents of the complaint.
  4. List of Events / Chronology – A timeline of key events related to the issue.
  5. Supporting Documents – Invoices, receipts, communication proofs, warranty cards, etc.

I placed an order from savana on 1 September 2025 for which I was very excited to receive it but shadowfax killed my excitement within...my order was prepaid and the delivery was estimated to be done between 4-7th September and when I'm writing this it's 13th of September almost 2 weeks....I got a message on 11th September that my order is on the way I waited the whole day for my order despite not getting it I called the assigned delivery agent and he said he didn't come on work that day and on the browser it was showing failed delivery attempt even though u never attempted to deliver my order how is it considered failed? And after that there was written we'll reattempt the delivery Tommorow which meant on 12th September and again I waited the whole day and still got no update and now it's stuck on that...is this logistics company testing my patience or what cause this isn't the professional way to deal with definitely and I raised multiple tickets and complaints on chat they said we'll call in 24 hours and still I got no response..I even emailed and dmed them on insta again no reply..this is the worst experience I have gotten from a logistic company in a decade...kindly look into the matter and attempt real delivery of my order as soon as possible.
