Dear Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a parcel I booked from Dabaspet to Kalasipalyam on 20.07.2026.

The trip started at 2:30 PM. The driver's route was supposed to be on the highway; however, he changed the route to perform another job that was completely unrelated to my order.
The value of the material in the parcel is 2,43,000 INR, and it is now lost. The porter team is not responding to emails or calls. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a status update immediately.
