Hi legal experts, I am Krishna, I am 23 and haven been unemployed since past one year and preparing for CAT exam (MBA Entrance exam) but it didn't work out for me and as a desperate person getting hate from everywhere and extreme pressure to earn money at this age, I started looking for MBA alternatives and while doing so I came across this institute called "Kraftshala" where they provide a digital marketing course for 6 months for Rs. 1.59L + 18% GST including a admission/token fee of 20K.

I researched a bit about this institute and checked if their placement reports are true or not and it seems true and I won't dispute on that, I got a call from their salesman after I registered on the portal to attend a screening test, I attended the test and qualified in it and then I was asked to pay a non-refundable token fee of 20K to get admitted into their "Marketing Launchpad Batch 51 or MLP 51". I was supposed to pay the fee within 3 days to book my slot or as they claim it to be, I started getting back to back calls from their salesman to pay the fee to avail an early bird discount but I didn't do it, I paid on the third day (03/07/2026) and got no discount, but one major mistake that I did was not to deeply understand their loan policy for the rest of the amount, their loan policy is that the loan will be provided by an NBFC but it is nowhere said weather the loan will be personal or legal and neither their salesman said it to me, the moment I got to know that it is a personal loan that I a personal whose EMI will begin alongside the course (I assumed the EMI to begin after I am placed in a job and then I will be paying the 15 months EMI) but sice I do not have that much f money to pay the EMI fee now and can't afford the course right now, I applied for the refund on the very next day (04/07/2026) and they denied it citing their refund policy doesn't allow refund even though the course hasn't commenced yet (It is scheduled to commence on (09/07/2026) which means I have not used any of their resources, assets or anything and 20k is a huge amount to let it go casually, I talked to their executives multiple times and they are citing the same "Non-Refundable" clause and rejecting my claim.

Here are their terms and conditions: MLP 50 T&Cs_1_June_2026.docx.pdf

and I am also attaching the screenshots, please help.
