I am filing this complaint against Myntra and Ekart Logistics regarding two prepaid items that were marked as delivered even though I never received them.
I had already paid in full for my Myntra order. The affected items are:
However, he insisted that I share the OTP and assured me that he would mark the parcel as delivered and later call me to hand over the parcel. Trusting his assurance, I shared the OTP.
After receiving the OTP, the delivery executive marked the parcels as delivered but left without handing over the parcels to me. He never returned with the parcels, and I have not received my paid items.
I have had multiple conversations with Myntra customer care regarding this matter. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly explaining the situation and following up several times, I have been extremely disappointed by the lack of a proper resolution. My complaint has remained unresolved.
It has now been several days, and I am still without the items for which I have already paid. I believe it is completely unfair and unacceptable that an OTP was obtained on the assurance that the parcels would be handed over later, after which the parcels were marked as delivered without actually being delivered.
I request Myntra and Ekart Logistics to urgently investigate this matter, trace my parcels, and provide a proper resolution. If the parcels cannot be recovered and delivered immediately, I request a full refund for all the prepaid items that were marked as delivered but never handed over to me.
I also request appropriate action against the concerned delivery executive and a clear explanation of how my parcels could be marked as successfully delivered when I never received them.
