I purchased Kaspersky Plus from Techjockey Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and completed the payment successfully. However, I never received the product activation key or any digital product after the purchase.
I contacted Techjockey Infotech Pvt. Ltd. multiple times through email but did not receive any response. I also called their customer support several times, but no one answered or provided any assistance.
For an online software purchase, I expected prompt delivery of the license key and reliable customer support. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. The payment was collected, but the product was never delivered, and all my attempts to contact the company went unanswered.
This has been a highly disappointing experience. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend Techjockey Infotech Pvt. Ltd. based on my experience.
