I have booked my luggage on date 30 jan 2026 with packshift courier service from ahmedabad narol to madgaon goa i have done payment on dated 02 feb 2026 and due to some of my personal issue i have call to courier service that if you did notove my household goods then hold the goods in ahmedabad i m coming to ahmedabad and i will collect from there based on our conversation she told me i will confirm and tell you she confirm and tell me that your goods are already transferred and hold in the warehouse if you want to return then you have to pay again i told him to share the quotation she share me the quotation of 8500 i have told her that your quotation us very high she then decreased the amount and new amount is 8000 i have again told him that your cost is too high and i told her that i will hold my goods in goa at ky friend place and i will share later when i have money she again yold me ok then next day she call me and told me that your goods are already transferred to ahmedabad and you have to pay 8000
How can she transferred my goods without my knowledge and she again asking money to get your goods other wise she tolde that you will not find your goods
