The DTDC shipment with tracking number P79220629 is delayed for weeks even after multiple follow up and called many times and also clearly mentioned it’s Medicine and needed urgent delivery. Called customer care on +91 96069 11811, multiple customer support techs received call and some spoke arrogant and some with unofficial language. But after hearing all I only requested DTDC to delivery my medicine as soon as possible. Even today no response but keep on telling same that they don’t have any update on shipment.
