I made a booking in oyo using phone booking they booked the hotel asked for a advance amount to confirm the booking I made the payment I went to hotel it didn’t exist there , I call the customer care they said we’ll cancel the booking and made a new booking asked again for a advance booking amount to confirm the booking I paid the advance booking amount I went to hotel Iut didn’t exist there too, I was roaming around at night searching for a hotel to sleep and they are making me fool

Before proceeding further, first send an email to the customer care of the OYO Rooms at escalations@oyorooms.com, clearly outlining your concerns about the non existence of the Hotel for which they charged you twice, and requesting to refund and compensation.

This step helps strengthen your case against OYO Rooms if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum if they are not giving you the refund and compensation.
