ON 15th OCT,2026, I dailed the OYO Customer care no. i,e 9313931393, for booking a room in Mumbai for 3 days. I explained the guy that right now i am in CST Railway station, i need a room for 3 daye in near by to me. He explained me various rooms at different places, but i instited to provide a room near me, he said ok he send a link to pay advance amount of Rs 1344/-for the 3 days stay for Rs 5300/-. He sent one hotel link after the advance amount. When i click that link , the location of that room shown in nearby at CST International Airport. I again called the customer care to book a new room nearby me, and refund my previous advance amount, but till 23/10/26, no from the customer care responds positively, me too contact them in their complaint mail service twice , i,e escalations@oyorooms.com., till today i neither got any reply from there nor refuned my money.
Its not the question of money , but i had a worst experience with them on that day , very very careless poeple, i hate OYO.
