I am filing a complaint against OYO regarding my pending refund of ₹1,094 for booking ID TQ884625.
OYO has confirmed in writing that a refund of ₹1,094 has been initiated. However, the refund link was sent to the mobile number used for the booking, which belongs to my friend. My friend is unable to locate the refund SMS.
I have repeatedly requested OYO to send the refund link to my mobile number 9527936597 or provide an alternative secure method to complete the refund. Despite multiple emails and repeated follow-ups with OYO customer support and escalation teams, I have received no effective resolution.
I have clearly explained the situation multiple times, but OYO continues to provide repetitive responses asking me to check the same mobile number. The issue has now become an unnecessary and prolonged back-and-forth.
I am therefore requesting NCH to intervene and direct OYO to:
1. Provide the refund link to 9527936597, or
2. Provide a secure alternative method to process the ₹1,094 refund.
3. Confirm the actual status of the refund and process it without further delay.
4. Provide a written resolution to my complaint.
I have supporting emails from OYO confirming that the ₹1,094 refund was initiated and can provide the complete email correspondence as evidence.
