Dear Sir,
Requisition for Help my Home Original Document.
I was Taken a Loan Form Khush Housing finance Pvt Ltd & I Have Same Medical Issues in My Family so I was Failed for Pay Emi.& Khush Housing Finance Noticed Me for Possession Order.
After we are go to DRT Court and I Have court Judgment dated 19th December 2024 against My Settlement Request Letter date 18th December 2024 submitted in court.
Court Order as Below.
{Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant wish to settle the matter and is ready and willing to pay Rs.15 Lakhs before the possession and Rs.5 Lakhs before 31.03.2025 to which counsel for the Respondent submits that this proposal is acceptable to the Respondent. So, the Applicant is hereby directed to pay Rs.15 Lakhs before 11.00 am. of 22.12.2024, the date fixed for possession and another Rs.5 Lakhs on or before 31.03.2025 failing which the Respondent would be at liberty to take appropriate measures under the SARFAESI Act 2002}
As per order we have Judgement dated 19th December 2024. We have made a payment as mentioned below and the same is received at your end as confirmed by the Customer service team.

20th December 2024 : Rs 15.00 Lakh
29th March 2025 : Rs 2.00 Lakh
29th March 2025 : Rs 1.00 Lakh
31st March 2025 : Rs 2.00 Lakh
But till Date Khush Housing Finance Pvt Ltd Not Hendover My Original Document & Need More money Against DRT Court Order
so Many Time Mailed to Khush Housing Finance Pvt Ltd Legal Team & Nodal Officer also but No Any Replying & He is Continuing My Loan And Monthly EMI Overdue in Cibil after Paid Court order Settlement Amount.

We understand that the KHUSH HOUSING FINANCE PVT LTD Legal Team & Nodal Officer has not responded to your emails, despite you having all the necessary supporting documents like court order and already paid the amount as per the Court order.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the KHUSH HOUSING FINANCE PVT LTD, formally requesting a resolution of your issue, ask them to release property documents and remove your name from the CIBIL records. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
