Despite completing all required formalities and submitting the necessary documents—including receipts and claim-related paperwork—the approved claim amount has not yet been credited to my account.
This delay is unexpected and unacceptable, especially considering that all supporting documents have already been provided for your verification. I have also attached the receipt and policy copy again for your ready reference.
I request your immediate attention to the following:
1. Status update on the claim processing
2. Reason for delay in disbursing the approved amount
3. Immediate release of the claim amount without further delay
Please treat this matter as urgent. If the payment is not credited within 7 working days from receipt of this letter, I will be constrained to escalate the issue to the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) and other appropriate authorities.
