I had placed an order on Elysian flora on 27th Feb for 3 plants. The order was confirmed however there has been no communication from their end regarding my order.
On 4th March, after a call attempt and several messages from me and my sister, I received one response that the plant was out of stock and will be dispatched within weeks time. (Please refer screenshot attached)
As more than a week has passed, we have tried to reach them via messages and email, however we are met with no response and there is no transparency from the team at Elysian flora on the order status. Please note full payment via credit card of Rs. 1397 inclusive of delivery has been done. (-attached screenshot of all communication attempts made from our end to have no response)
After checking the website today, my order does not seem to reflect. It really makes me wonder if my order has been cancelled and no refund for the same has been credited. As there is no communication from the team, I don’t know what has happened to my order and I request you to please step in and investigate the legitimacy of the website. (Attached screenshot)
