On 15 October, I had placed 3–4 orders on Myntra and wanted to receive one while cancelling the others. I received three calls from delivery partners and personally collected only one parcel, requesting cancellation of the others. Since the messages did not specify which orders were cancelled, I couldn’t identify them.
Last night, I discovered that my SOCH kurta set worth ₹13,000 was marked as delivered at 12:30 PM, despite never being received. Upon checking my PG’s CCTV footage from 11 AM to 6 PM, I found that the only delivery partner who visited came to collect a parcel, not deliver one.
I have repeatedly tried contacting Myntra customer care, but only receive an automated response citing high call volumes. I request an urgent investigation and resolution.
