I order from burger king app and paid online. The order was about to deliver in halfan hour but after 45mi also it was showing preparing my order and when I contact the store they said they had not received the order yet so I shared the all ordered and payment details to them through whatsapp later they told me to raise the complaint as they said I raised the complaint and through mail and received the reply for my complaint after that again I called customer care they told me to wait for 2days after 2days I call them back they told me to wait for 7 days now this is the 8th day of my order still I have not received my order as well as my Refund. Today I contacted the person and told what all happend now the person who pick the call told me the manager was not in the store they will come by evening so I informed them that the manager of I have not received my order and my refund to they will send my order. Later that girl said she will contact the manager and call me back so I waited so long she didn't call. So I called her back now they are not responding my call. And on that day they gave me a number to share the order details for that number I called and told what happend and he also said the same thing as girl said now he is also not picking my call
