I am writing regarding Order ID: OD338313873217572100 and the repeated delays I have experienced with Flipkart deliveries.
Frankly, this level of service is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Flipkart gives customers a promised delivery date, takes the order and payment, and then fails to deliver on time. This is not a minor inconvenience—it shows a serious lack of respect for the customer's time.
What is the point of giving a delivery date if Flipkart cannot actually stick to it? Customers make plans based on those commitments. Repeatedly delaying orders and expecting customers to simply keep waiting is extremely poor service.
I am not interested in receiving another copy-paste apology or a generic response saying that the issue has been escalated. I want a clear explanation for why my order has been delayed and exactly what Flipkart is doing to prevent this from happening again.
If Flipkart cannot meet its own promised delivery timelines, it should stop making unrealistic commitments to customers.
