This is with respect to an order I made from Cushy with order ID #CS7609 AWB76874329302 on 25th Feb 2026. I was intimated by an sms and an email that my order was expected to arrive by 1st March. I also received intimation from Shiprocket on the same day that my order delivery was confirmed. After a couple days, Cushy's order tracking link stopped giving me valid updates and my order was not delivered by 1st. I sent my first email to Cushy on 3rd March that their link didnt work and for them to either track and deliver my order or give me a refund.
On 17th March, i sent and email to Shiprocket telling them that my order hasnt been recieved yet and their tracking link shows that the delivery attempt failed even though I did not receive any calls or texts from my delivery partner. Following this, i received multiple more emails saying that the delivery attempt was failed. I applied for re-delivery, but got the same update. On 21st March, i decided to write to the escalation manager at shiprocket at escalation@shiprocket.com.
i was told that a ticket has been raised for my issue, but on 23rd March was told that multiple delivery attempts had been made and any more would not be possible and that i was not eligible for "freight refund".
This has cause distress to me for more than a month also because this was a prepaid order.
I would be grateful if i can be helped in this situation.
