I am writing to file a strong complaint regarding my recent order which was not delivered at all, and for which Zomato has unfairly refused to issue a refund.
Order Details:
Items Ordered: 2 Crispy Chicken Burgers, 4 pcs Chicken Nuggets, 2 Coke
Order Value: ₹360
Date & Time of Order: around 6:10pm on 7th April from Ameerpet burger King to Nampally
I placed this order with the hope of spending some quality time with my family. The money I used was hard-earned, and I was really looking forward to this small treat.
Unfortunately, the delivery executive refused to deliver the order and spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner when I tried to contact him. The order was never delivered, yet Zomato has denied my refund request. This is completely unacceptable.
I have been left disappointed and heartbroken. I trusted Zomato’s platform and expected basic service — proper delivery and fair resolution in case of failure. Instead, I received neither.
I request you to immediately:
Investigate the matter with the delivery executive.
Refund the full amount of ₹360 to my original payment method.
Take appropriate action against the delivery partner for his rude behaviour and refusal to deliver.
