I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent order, which has not been delivered to me yet. Below are the details of the transaction:

  • Current Status on App: Not shipped
  • Amount Paid: ₹591 /- Paid Online
Despite the promised delivery timeline, I have not received the package. No delivery executive contacted me, yet the tracking status incorrectly shows the order as not shipped. This is a severe deficiency in service causing unnecessary mental agony and financial distress.
I request you to investigate this matter immediately, ensure the prompt delivery of my genuine product, or process a complete refund with Intrest to my original payment source within 3 to 5 business days. For not Delivered till now . I have not received any mail or contact from Flipkart till now. I have get mantally harassment.
