ON 3/06/2026 at 8:59pm I ordered via the KFC official app an order, which was told to be delivered in 44 minutes. But with time it was delayed, and today is 4/06/2026 which is whole 12 hours after I had ordered, still it is not delivered.
I tried to contact KFC officials but my call did not went through with any of them, they were busy.
I tried to contact the restaurant, but the same thing happened.
I am attaching the screenshots of order receipt and the order status which is still in preparation.
