i ordered 2kg onion and 1kg tomato and sweet corn-1no. on dated 22.01.2025 at 19:44 pm,i have not received any call from delivery agent after seeing the messgae that order has been delivered in 12 mins in app i called multiple times to agent for order,but came to know later the order was cancelled from him,later i approached online help line of Zepto for order delivery after 2=3 mins chat with online agent Ashis Datta he asked to check outside of building and recheck address,i confirmed back to him that i have not rcvd any order after that he agreed to refund but i refused and demanded for order redelivery netiher i received order not refund from Zepto
