I have been ordering from JioMart for more than 3 years and have generally had a good experience. However, today I faced a very disappointing issue with my order delivery.
I placed an order at 9:12 PM 30 May 2026, and the app showed the expected delivery time as 9:41 PM 30 May 2026. However, the order has still not been delivered, and there has been no proper update regarding the delay.
Also the order is not cancelled called several time to customer care but still issue not sorted out.The are also not cancelling the order or delivering the order.
