Akash Rana, resident of Khajuri, Yamunanagar, am filing this formal complaint against Everdion regarding an order placed on January 22, 2026.
Details of the Case:
Despite my constant attempts to resolve this, the vendor has provided vague responses and failed to fulfill the order or initiate a refund for over a month. This constitutes a clear "Deficiency in Service" and "Unfair Trade Practice" under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
