Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a consumer complaint against Amazon India for an order that was incorrectly marked as delivered.

Order Number: 404-1740490-3796367

The order was marked as delivered on 6 September 2026, with the delivery status stating that the package was "handed to resident." However, I have not received the package, and nobody at my address received it on my behalf.

I have already contacted Amazon and raised the issue with their customer support/delivery team. However, I have still not received any proper response or resolution from Amazon.

This is concerning because the order has been marked as successfully delivered even though the product was never received by me.

I kindly request the National Consumer Helpline to take up this matter with Amazon and help me obtain a proper resolution, either by arranging delivery of the product or providing a full refund.

I can provide the order details, delivery status screenshot, Amazon communication, and any other supporting documents required.

Kindly acknowledge my complaint and help me resolve this issue.
