Hi Team,
I have received the order and the product quality was worst so I raised the return. Now since 5 days, I'm waiting for the return and daily the rider put a reason that I was not available, even when I receive wats app message from Delhivery regarding this, I click on the option, *I was available* and after 5 days, they have cancelled my return.
Delhivery sent a agent no. to connect but that nos. are never reachable or they never pick the call. Now I'm scared that after 7-10 days, they will close this matter that it's out of return policy. I am trying to contact Amazon customer support but there is no such option when I can talk to human.
Would need your support.
