This is pooja and i have placed an order in igp app and my order id is 18240351.
I have placed the order on 6th may and 7th may my order was confirmed and order was scheduled to deliver on 8th midnight between 11-11.59pm and i have even paid extra amount for the fixed time delivery.
However i have not recieved any sort of order updated in the app or in the website and i have reached customer support many times and it is the worst experience they take very long time to even respond and there is no option to even cancel the order.
Company as cheated me regarding this. Kindly help me on this.
