My order OD438712320328322100, placed on 24 Sept 2026, had an expected delivery date of 28 Sept 2026. It reached the Ekart hub on 28 Sept, but has still not been delivered.
The tracking continues to show “Out for Delivery” and the delivery date keeps getting delayed. Today is 2 Oct, and there is no proper customer-support option to resolve this issue.
