My order OD438841143282030100 and of another order OD438851452634693100, placed on 11 Oct 2026, had an expected delivery date of 15 Oct 2026. It reached the Ekart hub on 15 Oct , but has still not been delivered.
The tracking continues to show “Out for Delivery” and the delivery date keeps getting delayed. Today is 21 Oct , and there is no proper customer-support option to resolve this issue.
Please urgently investigate the shipment and arrange delivery without further delay. Kindly provide a clear update on its current status.
