my order that was supposed to be delivered on July 31st. As oftoday, August 8th, 2025, I still haven't received it, and I'm getting increasingly concerned. I've contacted customer care every day sincethe expected delivery date, but each time I’m told the same thing: “It will be delivered tomorrow.” Initially, I was informed that the delay was due to rain, and then I was told there’s a backlog. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I find it frustrating that I’m being told it’s my fault for the backlog when I simply placed an order expecting it to be fulfilled. When I suggested picking the item up myself, I was reminded that I paid for delivery, and I believe that as a customer, I should receive the service I’ve paid for.
