Dear Sir,
I, Aritra Shee, am writing to file a formal complaint against Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd. regarding the cancellation of my prepaid order without any prior intimation or valid justification.
I placed an order through the Myntra mobile application on 15.11.2025 with Order ID: #1315081 22933647091701, Tracking No: MYSP1320087373 and made a prepaid payment of INR 2,495.00.
I order a watch for someone to gift purpose in Myntra on saturday 15th November. That's a prepaid order, I paid to myntra Rs.2495 only. It shipped within one day, In 16th november app showing us the order will delivered today. But. It's somehow not delivered, I wait one day ....It's already 20th November I already cancel my order. The Seller didn't cancel my order and not delivered yet. I want a clear refund from Myntra. It's Very embarrasing.
And one thing customer care number is for show no getting help from that place.
Therefore, I request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to kindly take appropriate action against Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd. and issue necessary directions to:
1. Deliver the product at the same price at which it was originally ordered.
2. Provide compensation for the harassment, inconvenience, and mental stress caused due to their negligent and arbitrary cancellation.
3. Ensure such unfair practices are not repeated in the future.
