I placed an order ( Order ID JM6A27A9F701D75E1D09 & Shipment ID JM6A27A9F701D75E1D09-01 ) on 09 Jun 2026 for groceries from Jio Mart with a scheduled delivery date of 13.06.26; however, when I checked the order status today, it showed "order cancelled by delivery partner." I was not informed of the specific reason for this cancellation, nor did I receive any call or message. This constitutes a direct violation of consumer rights; please take appropriate action against the said company.
