Respected Sir/Madam,





I am writing to file a formal complaint against Amazon India regarding their persistent non-responsiveness and failure to address my issue despite multiple attempts from my side.





Over the past few weeks, I have sent 15 emails to the following Amazon India escalation channels:












In addition to this, I have made approximately 20–22 calls to Amazon customer care. Each time, I was advised to send an email to the OFM team for resolution. However, despite repeatedly following their instructions and sending multiple chasers, I have not received a single reply from Amazon India.





This lack of response clearly reflects negligence and non-compliance with basic customer service standards. It has caused unnecessary inconvenience, stress, and delay in resolving my issue.





I therefore request the Consumer Court to kindly take necessary action against Amazon India for:
  1. Failing to respond to repeated written communications (15 emails).
  2. Providing misleading support over calls by directing me to an unresponsive escalation channel.
  3. Not addressing or resolving my issue within a reasonable timeframe.
I am ready to provide all supporting documents, including email screenshots, call logs, and any other relevant evidence, for your review.

I request the honourable authority to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action to ensure that my concern is resolved at the earliest.
