Complaint description: I ordered Pears Soft & Fresh Body Wash 250 ml from Myntra with Order ID 131086117759229807801. I paid Rs. 113 for this product. The order was marked as delivered, but the parcel contained the wrong item instead of the body wash. I have not received the product I originally ordered.

The product has been delivered to me now; however, there was an unnecessary delay and inconvenience caused due to the company’s negligence. I request that suitable compensation be considered for the delay and mental harassment faced.
