I have paid Rs.6000 to purchase a headset in the portal www.proplusindia.in. After the payment, there is no response from the vendor. the payment was done on 18-Sep-2026. I had sent several emails and messages, but have not received any reply from the vendor. The payment was done through UPI and i have the transaction details of the payment made, which i' can submit. I would kindly request for justice on this
