After my so many verbal & wrtten communications, they have not provided any dispatch detail till today as given false written informattion of dispatch through mail by VLE Customer Care Executive Ms Sapna Verma 5 days back. I asked dispatch detail through mail but they have not provided yet . Now they are not responding on phone even blocked my Cell No. I am suspacting Fraud with me .
Being a Sr Citizen I am in big mental Trauma so you are requested help me to deliver my order by tommorow or refund my Money with a compensation Amount (Rs 2 Cr ) for big mental Tension and wastage of my valuable time

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
 
Just same happened with me. I ordered a sandisk pen drive 32 gb on 9th February 2026 and payment made by UPI Rs.650/= I make a so many communication with customer care with phone call and whatsapp but not any benifit, they not send yet my order and not refunded. This is totally fraud company and every employees are scammers.I don't know where I complaint against him....Sunil Singh 9430046402
