Sir/madam I have bought a mekhla chador from a seller who sell online from Dibrugar, Assam . My husband paid the total amount 1540 in advance through gpay behalf of me. The product which was on the photo. The colour of the mekhla, the product colour which I have received, totally different . When i asked for exchange as i paid full amount in advance, she was asking extra 260 for shipping (again for exchange) stitching, and for tussle which i already paid for the item she send. She knows that now I couldn’t do anything, she said if don’t pay that extra amount 260 she is not going to exchange the mekhla. i have to take whatever she delivered to me. She has two fb page , I have posted my complaint to one of her Facebook page but she blocked me. I need help. She sell mekhla through Facebook and instagram. I have all conversations on WhatsApp. I need help to get back my money or the product which I ordered.
