I, Mahima Agarwal, placed an order with DITCH THE GUILT on 06/01/26 for 5 sugarfree chocolates (Order ID: 214339) and paid ₹300 via Gpay to NEPENTHE COFFEE AND CHOCOLATES PRIVATE LIMITED on the same day. Despite successful payment, the company failed to deliver the products and has neither resolved my grievance nor refunded the amount despite repeated follow-ups.
This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing financial loss and mental harassment.
I request the Commission to direct the company to refund the paid amount and grant appropriate compensation.

Same thing happened with me also, no cancel options listed on the opposite parties website, none of the customer care numbers work and the delivery doesn't seem to happen even after almost 10 days post placing the order. I have also lost Rs 300 which I paid via BHIM UPI app on 8th Feb at 9:28 AM. Very dissapointed to know that the company is still running its ads on various social media platforms and still the victims of this scam are increasing every day. Please look into this matter and do the needful.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online
complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide


If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
